Important Shipping Notice – Heat-Sensitive Product

This product is heat-sensitive, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure it arrives safely. During warmer months (or if temperatures are above 80°F), your body butter will be:

• Frozen overnight before shipping
• Packed in an insulated mailer with a mini reusable ice pack

While we can’t guarantee it won’t melt in transit, it’s still completely safe to use if it arrives melted.

If Your Body Butter Melts:

• The butter will lose its whipped texture and may look half full in the jar (this is normal—it hasn’t disappeared, it’s just condensed).
• The product is still effective and usable.

How to Restore the Texture:

• Place the jar in the refrigerator until it firms up (30 minutes to a few hours).
• Let it come back to room temperature.
• Use an electric hand mixer to whip it for a few minutes until fluffy again.
• Spoon it back into the jar and enjoy!
