I’m the founder of Little Buddha—a clean skincare and magnesium body care brand that started after my own struggle with sleep, stress, and burnout. After 14 years in a high-stress finance job, my sleep completely fell apart. I was waking up at 2 a.m. almost every night, running on coffee to get through the day, and constantly feeling on edge. My skin was dull, breaking out nonstop, and nothing I tried seemed to work. Every doctor said all my tests came back “normal” and just offered antidepressant & sleeping pill—but I didn’t want the side effects, the groggy mornings, or to rely on them forever.
So I started paying attention to what my body was trying to tell me. I realized my nervous system was stuck in overdrive—tense, overstimulated, and unable to wind down at night. I began exploring natural ways to quiet my body and reset my stress response. That’s when I created a nightly routine that helped me actually unwind and fall asleep faster. What started as my personal struggle has now helped so many others sleep deeper and feel like themselves again.
