Refund Policy
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us upon immediate receipt of your order if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to remedy the situation. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase and no attempt has been made to contact us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, product must be mailed back to the company for a return to be completely processed. Any shipping or packaging costs incurred to process the return are the customer's responsibility. Little Buddha is not responsible for the costs associated with customer returns unless the return is due to postal carrier negligence or of our company.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time for a refund to reflect on your credit card depends on the credit company, not Little Buddha
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at littebuddhabydaisy@gmail.com.
Clearance item sales are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if for some reason the customer has a negative reaction to the given product. Little Buddha products are not made with any harsh chemicals or synthetic ingredients to avoid the latter from occurring. However, every individual's skin is different. Please be sure to test each product on a patch of skin before use, in order to make sure that the product works well with your skin.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and (s)he will find be notified of your return.
Shipping
Please contact us for the correct return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When your refund is processed, it will have the cost of shipping removed from the total amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
