How to use:

-Use for sore muscles after a workout, painful muscles and joints, or for more restful sleep. Add bath bomb into bathtub once the tub is filled to your desired level, and soak your body or feet for at least 30 minutes for full benefits. Be careful when getting out of the bathtub as it may become slippery.
