Important Shipping Notice:
This product is heat-sensitive, so we’ll do everything we can to ensure it arrives safely to you. During warmer months or if the temperature is over 80°F, your body butter will be frozen overnight and shipped in an insulated mailer with a mini reusable ice pack. Although we can’t guarantee the butter won’t melt during transit, here’s what to do if it arrives melted (jar may look half empty if it melts):
How to Restore the Texture if It Melts:
- Place the body butter in the refrigerator until firm (30 minutes to a couple of hours).
- Once firm, bring it back to room temperature.
- Use an electric hand mixer to whip it for a few minutes until the fluffy texture is restored. The volume will increase.
- Return it to the jar and enjoy!
Note: This is a natural, preservative-free product, and while we can’t offer refunds or replacements for melted body butter, you’ll still get all the amazing benefits. Store in room temperature for best use.
