How to Use

Cuppa Snooze: steep 1-2 teaspoons in 8 oz of nearly boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drink 1-2 cups in the evening, ideally 2-3 hours before bed to cut down on late-night bathroom trips.

CALM: apply about 20 minutes before bed to the soles of your feet, calves, underarms, shoulders, and neck.

Shipping Notice

Body butter is heat sensitive. When temperatures are above 80°F, we ship it frozen overnight in an insulated mailer with reusable ice packs.

If your butter arrives melted, it's still safe to use and keeps all the same benefits. The jar may look half full because the whipped texture has settled, and once it cools it will firm up into a salve-like texture. A little goes a long way.

Because each batch is made without preservatives and is heat sensitive, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for melted butter. Store at room temperature away from direct heat.
