-Sweet Dreams Goat’s Milk Soap | 4 oz (Goat’s milk soap base, pink Himalayan salt, sandalwood oil, vanilla oil)
- Invigorate Coffee Scrub | 6 oz (Coffee grounds, honey, jojoba oil, vanilla oil, peppermint oil)
- Rejuvenate Facial Oil Serum | 2 oz (Jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, vitamin E oil, vanilla oil, sandalwood oil, grapefruit oil)
-Light green jade gua sha tool | 3 inches in length
- Me Time bath bomb | 4 oz (baking soda, cream of tartar, Epsom salt, rose petals, geranium oil, rose absolute oil)
-Sage bundle (Organically grown and hand-rolled herb from Moonlight Smudge in Berwyn, IL).
- Handcrafted soap dish
All packaging at Little Buddha is eco-friendly and either compostable, reusable, or recyclable. All items from this set are packaged neatly in a gift box.
How to use:
-Lather this mineral-rich bar for a relaxing cleansing experience that nourishes and hydrates your body. Store your earthy bar on the included Spanish cedar slatted style soap tray to help drain your soap after use and extend the life of the bar!
-For soft and glowing skin, gently rub our coffee scrub on face and body to exfoliate, then wash off. Focus on areas of dry skin and breakouts. For best results, gently mix the scrub in the jar before application. Repeat 1-3 times per week.
-Prep your skin by applying 3-4 drops of our facial oil serum to clean skin and gently glide the gua sha tool down the sides of your neck, along your jawline, chin, forehead, cheeks, brows, lips, and under-eyes. Please use caution around your eyes by simply holding the flat side of the tool against your skin. It is recommended to pull the gua sha tool at a 45-degree angle in an upwards and outwards motion. You may repeat this revitalizing practice 2-3 times per week or as needed.
*For external use only. Do not use the gua sha tool if chipped or broken. Do not use the gua sha tool on inflamed skin and discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.
-Prepare your bath with warm water and toss the bath bomb in when you are ready for it to dissolve, seeping out the hydrating oils and aromatherapy to your bath. Be sure to store your bath bombs in a dry space safe from water before your use. If you are not one for baths, these bath bombs make for a great foot soak due to their detoxifying, hydrating, and therapeutic properties!
-Take a moment to set a specific intention for your cleansing. Light an end of the sage bundle and blow out the flame after 30 seconds so the leaves begin to smoke. Continue to lightly fan the bundle and move clockwise to reset the energy of your space, items, or self. You can recite a cleansing affirmation out loud or quietly to yourself. To extinguish, simply snuff out the smoking end in a fireproof dish. The lingering scent will leave your space feeling fresh and calm.
Each bundle can be relit several times.
*Warning: Do not leave your lit sage bundle unattended. Please be mindful of cleansing with smoke near pregnant women, children, and individuals with a sensitivity to smoke. Use sage with great caution.
